If an old and/or lone adoptable idles for a long period they may be changed to a free single. But please
do not ask for them to be, wait patiently.
Free adoptables are always first come first serve. I will not pick favorites. If you are truly desperate, you may go politely discuss with the new owner. On that note, DO NOT harass the new owner for the adoptable. I will here politely ask that if any new owner is being harassed, please direct the harasser to this journal, and tell me so I may attempt to resolve the situation. More information will be further down.
Paid adoptables will usually be posted in singles or sets of 4.
Singles will always be $1.00
, $2.00, $5.00
, or $10.00
Adoptables in sets will always be $5.00
for one, $10.00
for two, and $15.00
for three or all four.
I would like to request that you refrain from asking to group two or more adoptables from separate sets together. If they idle in a broken set for long, they may be moved to a new one. Until they are moved, please do not ask to move them together.Simple: Trying to take two $10.00 adoptables from separate sets and group them together in order to pay $15.00. It should be noted that old and/or lone ones may be exempt from this.
Please do not ask to group singles with sets, or turn sets into singles.
All paid adoptables will need to be paid for with PayPal, I cannot accept points. I'm sorry.
If you did not get the adoptable you wanted, please do not ask for me to copy it. I try to make each one as different as I can, and while some may end up looking similar, I will not blatantly copy one that has already been bought or claimed, as it is unfair and devalues the original.
Should someone become a problem via harassment, art theft, etc. Please bring them to my attention, as well as evidence in the form of screenshots if possible, so I can handle them appropriately. Any blocks and reports against them should be relevant to how they treated YOU
. I will handle how they treat me myself.
Once an adoptable has been bought or claimed, it is no longer mine to dictate. Any questions you may have about it should be directed to the new owner who will be listed in the description.
There is no limit to how many adoptables you can claim or buy. However I would ask that you give others a chance to claim one.
A new owner can...
- Roleplay with the character. (
The only rules that apply to them, are the rules of the RP itself. )
- Change anything about the character, including markings and adding extra limbs and body parts.
Give them an extra head for all I care. (
I would ask that the species stays the same, but it's not my character anymore so I won't protest it. )-
Use them as a form for an already existing character.
- Give them extra forms of any kind.
- Use the reference as a base or trace. (
It's theirs now, whether they paid for it or not. )
- Give away the character if they please, but I would ask that they not sell it for money. (
I don't care about points. )
Post them on your profile. YOU CAN
buy or claim them for another person, or stand in for them.
Requests and Commissions
I will take species suggestions for new adoptables. I can't promise they will be used.
Whether I will take requests or not heavily depends on a few things. How complex and detailed the subject is, what the subject is, and how patient you can be. It could take days for me to see the request and days for me to complete it. I physically can't draw humans, but I can draw anthros. And I have great difficulty with complex backgrounds and lighting. Knowing my limitations, it is up to you if you even want to ask.
I cannot do commissions. Given the limitations listed above, and the fact that I can't promise I will be able to commit to staying focused enough to finish drawing, I'd rather not waste anyone's time and expectations.
I hope that this may answer any questions that should rise. If you have questions, input, or problems please bring it to my attention.
